Preparing Surface
Wipe surface dry and clean. Make sure to remove the grease before applying the labels. Find a flat surface if it's possible. The stick on labels may not stick on high textured surface.

Applying Labels
Peel off and apply the labels. Press the label firmly on the surface, especially the edges.

Cure Time
Please leave the label on the surface for 24-48 hours before using it.

Notes
  • When placing an item with stick-on label in a dishwasher, please put it on the top shelf. It's not suitable for "high temperature" settings.
  • Name labels are not toys, please don't give them to small kids. Before giving them the labelled item, make sure the name labels are attached well.

    • Turnaround:
    Order will be dispatched in 24 hours, unless it is mentioned at the shopping cart page or something unpredictable happens.
    Woven labels will takes about 2 weeks time for production.
    If order includes woven labels and other products, we will split the shipment. The second shipment will be sent by ordinary post.

    • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
      It will typically be dispatched from our Brisbane office on the next business day.
      If you're in Australia, depending on the delivery address, the order may arrive from 2-14 days if you use ordinary postage. If you choose express postage, the order will arrive in approximately 1-4 business days after it's shipped.
      For shipments outside Australia, Please refer to the Australia Post website to find out the estimate delivery timeframe.
